We are self-funded and independently owned, with no outside investors.

Salma Hammady founded Aldworth Group LLC in 2026 and directs the company's overall strategy. She oversees brand development, product sourcing and supplier relationships, and the company's financial management.
Before founding Aldworth Group, Salma worked as a business consultant, advising companies on strategy and operations. She brings that experience to building focused consumer brands that sell directly to customers online.
